Quiet residential Neighborhood . Our home is on a large lot with mature trees and a Gazebo that is next to a Beautiful church. Troutman Park is a 5 minute walk and features: Grass Ball Fields, Nature trails, 9 hole, Disc golf course, Pavilion, Picnic tables, Playground, restrooms and walking trails. There is no fee to enter the park but fee is required to reserve ball fields and facilities. Several VERY good restaurants within walking distance (Randy's BBQ, Pelligrino's, Julia's Talley House).

We loved our stay at Jay's place. The beds and pillows were really comfortable. The teens loved being downstairs with the game room. It's only about a 15 minute drive to Mooresville. The kitchen is pretty well stocked. There could be a few more chairs around the dining room table. We had to make do with the bar stools, which were a little high. Appliances are really nice. There isn't a hair dryer, so bring one if you need one. It's in walking distance to a few restaurants and a lovely park with a playground, dog park, splash pad, soccer field, volleyball, tennis and basketball. There is a grocery store just down the road. Jay was super responsive to my questions. Grandma struggled a little bit with the outside stairs but was able to do it. She couldn't do the spiral staircase inside. The neighborhood was really quiet. The only real traffic was on Sunday as there is a church right there. The people in the neighborhood were also very friendly. The driveway fit three cars

The house was larger than the pictures could show. We had everything we needed. The house was freshly cleaned. The location worked great for us. Would definitely recommend this house and hope to come back! Thanks Jay for the great stay!

This is the second year we have stayed at this house for a church conference.
Upon arrival the house smelt fresh and clean!
This place is perfect for splitting a house with a couple groups. Everyone has their own rooms, privacy, and plenty of bathrooms.
Our teens really enjoyed their own space in the basement with plenty of fun activities!
We’ve had great experiences with the house and host!

Our group was coming from Raleigh to do Hurricane Helene Relief volunteer work for a couple days. Jay's home allowed us to relax comfortably at the end of the day and get a good rest. The kitchen is well equipped.

A perfect stay to get to the Polar Express and Zootastic plus we drive to the Charlotte Motor Speedway Christmas lights! It was spacious and perfect for the above activities and a big family! Definitely be booking to do this again!

We do an all guys family get-together each year in November and this is the 3rd. time in four years we've stayed at this property, which pretty much speaks to how much we like the place. The only reason it hasn't been 4 times in four years is because it was already booked one year and not available.
The house is clean, spacious, and the location is great for us (central to everyone). We have plenty of room to watch TV, play games, and just visit. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and there's plenty of parking. Communication with the host is excellent.
We had another great trip and can definitely recommend this property.

This place is close enough to Charlotte, that you can get to town quickly. Great place to stay to avoid the high price of staying right in Charlotte. There was a nice selection of games stocked in the house that my Grandkids really enjoyed. Great place to stay and definitely worth the price. Nice quiet neighborhood.

Everything we needed! Close to the grocery and Dunkin! Big enough to spread out but yet be together. The downstairs game room was so much fun! Would stay again if we are ever in the area
