Quiet residential Neighborhood . Our home is on a large lot with mature trees and a Gazebo that is next to a Beautiful church. Troutman Park is a 5 minute walk and features: Grass Ball Fields, Nature trails, 9 hole, Disc golf course, Pavilion, Picnic tables, Playground, restrooms and walking trails. There is no fee to enter the park but fee is required to reserve ball fields and facilities. Several VERY good restaurants within walking distance (Randy's BBQ, Pelligrino's, Julia's Talley House).
