Great location. Perfect for a large group and families with kids. The downstairs was decorated nicely and had plenty of activities for down time. The gazebo and fire pit were nice additions.

Great house for a visit to Troutman! Fun and games at the ping pong and Foosball table or peace and quiet on the porch - a little something for everyone.

Plenty of space short and easy directions to the lake and space to park boat and truck without issues fire pit was great for making s’mores also checkout a breeze

Jay was a very attentive host! His home was accommodating and met our needs. We travel for work with a truck and utility trailer and there was plenty of parking. Would stay again if ever in the area.

We loved Jay’s place in Norwood. A quiet peaceful place with everything we needed. All the amenities from home with stocked supplies for extra , not just a starter kit. A grocery store right up the road and the Town of Albemarle 25 minutes away. Jay was a great host and communicator. We would definitely stay again at Jay.

This home was very cozy and extremely peaceful! If you love nature, trails or hikes…this is the place for you! The town is very, very small & feels like it’s “off grid” but they do have a small town grocery store and pizza in town. The nearest “big store” is about 20-30 min away Walmart, etc.) Overall, this house has more than enough room for everyone to be comfy! ( BONUS: Has a small rec/family room in addition to the living room that the kids loved watching videos & cartoons and felt that they had their own private place lol) ;) Everyone had their own space in this house which made for a great time & another bonus was 2 bathrooms!! :) We try to always stay at this Host Jays properties for our comfort & protection of outdoor cameras. Thank you Jay….you rock!! :)

We loved our stay at Jay's place. The beds and pillows were really comfortable. The teens loved being downstairs with the game room. It's only about a 15 minute drive to Mooresville. The kitchen is pretty well stocked. There could be a few more chairs around the dining room table. We had to make do with the bar stools, which were a little high. Appliances are really nice. There isn't a hair dryer, so bring one if you need one. It's in walking distance to a few restaurants and a lovely park with a playground, dog park, splash pad, soccer field, volleyball, tennis and basketball. There is a grocery store just down the road. Jay was super responsive to my questions. Grandma struggled a little bit with the outside stairs but was able to do it. She couldn't do the spiral staircase inside. The neighborhood was really quiet. The only real traffic was on Sunday as there is a church right there. The people in the neighborhood were also very friendly. The driveway fit three cars

My stay was great! Jay was very responsive to any problems or concerns that came along. This was a long stay, and all needs were met. We will stay again if we are ever back in that area.
